ESADE and Inspiring Partners welcome participants from the Master in Positive Organizational Development at Case Western Reserve University (USA)
The last week of November, ESADE and Inspiring Partners had the pleasure of bringing these North American students in contact with the Spanish business reality.
During their study trip to Barcelona, we took them to visit leading companies from different business sectors, so they could discover how these organizations are incorporating constructive ways of managing change.
In the visits we made, they were practicing “appreciative interviews” that helped broaden the perspectives on the projects of change that have being developed by these companies.
Both the host managers and the participants of the Master could be enriched by an exchange of ideas that on one hand added value to the companies, with innovative approaches and ideas, and on the other, allowed the students to know about particular styles of approaching the processes of change and development.
The week ended with a flourish: a round table formed by transforming and sensitive managers who shared the lessons they have learned from their experiences leading changes.
They were: Josep Ruano, CEO of CAPSiDE; Camil Lozano, Managing Director of TRIOMF; Iheb Nafaa, CEO of GESCOBRO; David Payeras, VP of Human Resources for GRIFOLS and Josep Escaich, former CEO of BIOIBERICA, who succeeded at impacting us all with their warm and open style, sharing their concerns for the immediate future from interpreting the signs that offers the Socio-economic environment.
We all left impressed and wanting more… and this will be, because more opportunities of this type will come.
